The Brief: Design e-commerce packaging that truly reflects The Ordinary (a DECIEM brand), leaving a lasting impression on customers when they receive their orders.

The Strategy: Update e-commerce packaging to be reused by the customer as a recycling bin and shipping container for their empty DECIEM products. Reflecting DECIEM’s transparent practices regarding sustainability, the updated packaging is designed to provide customers with the necessary information and free tools needed to ensure better recycling practices, limiting The Ordinary’s carbon footprint.
