Gate 14

The Brief: Create a full-funnel content strategy for Gate14 in El Segundo, CA. Recommend brand positioning, raise awareness of an interest in the gym, and improve on customer retention.

The Strategy: Partner with the local community to increase visibility and incentivize first-timers with member benefits. Extend the branding via social media to more clearly convey the company mission and goals (how it differs from an average gym).
